3+ years of experience as Product Manager or Product Owner
Proven experience in fintech, payments, payroll, cards, or banking products
Experience working in outsourcing (external clients)
Understanding KYC/AML, PCI DSS, SOC2-related requirements
Background in regulated or compliance-heavy products
Strong product thinking and prioritization skills
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements
Manage backlog, priorities, and MVP definition
Design and maintain user journeys
Work closely with engineering, QA, and UX teams
Collaborate with client stakeholders, including compliance and legal
Identify and manage product, technical, and regulatory risks
Ensure alignment with fintech regulations (KYC/AML, PCI DSS, data protection)
Focus on both: UX and understanding financial/regulatory constraints
