Who are we looking for?
A Senior Product Manager who has built large-scale financial products from scratch — someone who knows what it takes to launch the next Monobank or Revolut.
Hard skills:
5+ years in Product Management, 5+ years in FinTech
Proven track record of building banking or neobanking products from 0 to 1
Deep understanding of core banking: accounts, cards, transactions, KYC/AML, compliance
Strong experience with customer discovery, user interviews and turning insights into product decisions
Ability to define product vision, strategy and roadmap — not just execute someone else's plan
Experience with backlog prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW or similar)
Comfortable with product metrics, funnel analysis, A/B testing
Experience writing clear PRDs and user stories that engineering teams can actually build from
Understanding of crypto, payments or lending — big plus
Soft skills:
English — B2+ (written and spoken)
Strong communication with both users and engineering — you speak both languages
Structured thinking — you break complex problems into clear, actionable steps
Ownership mindset — you treat the product as your own business
Comfortable with ambiguity — you can make decisions with incomplete information
